Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our brand-new, purpose-built Rockdale centre . Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality standards. Foster creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning in every child. Build strong, positive relationships with families, encouraging engagement and communication. Represent the centre in the local community and promote its values. Manage budgets and resources effectively. Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children. Assist with daily centre activities, including activity preparation and mealtimes. Lead the planning and implementation of a holistic educational program. Support, guide, and mentor educators to achieve professional growth. Maintain accurate records of children’s development, programs, and daily activities. Uphold high standards in line with the National Quality Standards and government regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum four years’ experience in a Centre Director role within an early childhood setting. Current Working with Children Check , First Aid & CPR , and National Police Check (within 6 months). Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and compliance.
