The Role We're looking for an Applications Engineer to support and enhance a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications across our Medical, Dental, and Corporate units. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing integrations between SaaS platforms, and developing solutions using Microsoft technologies including .NET and SQL Server. You'll work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure high system availability and performance. Flexibility is key, as you'll also participate in an on-call support roster to maintain service continuity. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting and enhancing integrations between SaaS platforms like D365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and more. Developing and maintaining solutions using Microsoft technologies , including .NET and Power Platform . Writing and optimizing SQL queries to ensure data integrity and performance across systems. Collaborating with internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure high system availability. Participating in a flexible on-call roster , providing after-hours support when needed. What We're Looking For: Strong experience with MS SQL Server and a solid understanding of relational databases. Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies and application integration. Familiarity with platforms like Microsoft D365 , Salesforce , and ServiceNow is a plus. A proactive mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
