They are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join their Executive Management Team About the opportunity As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you'll lead a team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences in a unique venue. Your role will involve strategic planning, high-volume kitchen operations, compliance, team leadership, and expanding the bar & grill function space. You will lead a team of over 120 casuals. In this role, you will: Build and retain a strong and capable Food and Beverage team Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met Manage stock, costs, and labour to achieve performance targets Drive operational efficiency and reporting discipline Support new outlet design and expansion initiatives The role offers exposure to strategic projects and significant operational responsibility. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design and refine systems, implement data-driven improvements, and contribute to the long-term success of the venue’s Food and Beverage division. About you You have led large-scale Food and Beverage operations or multi-outlet venues and can confidently manage teams exceeding 100 members. You bring strong operational, financial, and leadership skills, with the ability to work hands-on during peak periods while mentoring your management team. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Experience managing high-volume or multi-outlet commercial kitchens Strong logistics, stock, and cost management experience Demonstrated success using business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) Exposure in recruitment, training, and payroll management Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and Approved Manager Liquor Licence (or willingness to obtain) A valid police clearance and the ability to complete a job-fit medical assessment What’s on offer This role provides a rare opportunity to lead a major Food and Beverage department with tangible impact on quality, consistency, and growth.
