What You Bring: Join our Brisbane Depot as an Allocator and play a critical role in our operations. Our Operations Manager is looking for someone with the right qualities, and we're ready to invest in your training to set you up for success. The role will be Monday to Friday with a start time of 4am. Supervisory Experience - Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment Problem-Solving Mindset - Quick thinking and effective decision-making Resilience & Adaptability - Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure Excellent Communication - Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Essential) - Transport experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right candidate BFM Accreditation or Willingness to Obtain - Understanding of NHVR regulations is an advantage What You'll Do: Freight & Logistics Coordination - Keep deliveries running on time and on track Warehouse & Team Leadership - Supervise operations and forklift drivers Compliance & Safety - Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met Load Planning & Scheduling - Build efficient freight loads for maximum performance Resource Management - Strategically allocate trucks, equipment, and personnel Process Enforcement - Maintain high operational standards and procedures We welcome candidates from high-intensity industries like logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and retail—even if you haven't worked in transport before.
