The opportunity Full-time role for an experienced Conveyancer. The firm is a fast-paced boutique expert law firm based in Melbourne CBD. There are very flexible working arrangements where you are only required to be in the office 2 days a week. You will join the growing property team and assist in handling the firm’s off the plan development projects (acting for the vendor/developer) and general conveyancing matters. Skills and experience Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in conveyancing. Some experience with development work, acting for vendor and finance transactions is preferred but not essential. You are able to run conveyancing files independently from start to finish and you are competent in file management, drafting documents and correspondence, Contracts, Section 32 Statements, Duties Online and PEXA.
