You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, ensuring a professional and friendly experience for everyone who interacts with our business. Key Responsibilities Reception: Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and enquiries. Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and office supplies. Coordinate mail, deliveries, and general office support. Assist with travel bookings, catering, and meeting logistics. About You Friendly, professional, and confident in dealing with people at all levels. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
