Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Service Manager, and Service Leaders, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service for events and functions at our Hotel. Service Associate – Food & Beverage Attendant (Banquets & Events) Key Responsibilities: Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service during all banquet and event functions. Ensure full mise-en-place is prepared prior to each service and replenished as required. Coordinate service from the pass, ensuring dishes are delivered promptly and accurately to the correct tables. Maintain smooth operations within your assigned section and remain knowledgeable about current menus and offerings. Collect and verify requisitioned food and beverage items from storerooms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with expiry standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of function equipment, service stations, and banquet areas. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established banquet service standards. Perform any additional duties as directed by the Service Manager, Supervisor, or Director of Food & Beverage. About You Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
