Working closely alongside senior account managers, you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of the full WorkCover programme while gaining valuable cross-jurisdictional experience across multiple states. In this combined Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator and WHS advisory position, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting clients through both proactive safety initiatives and effective injury management. You'll provide expert advice on claims management, legislative compliance, and workplace risk reduction—helping clients foster safer, more productive environments. Key responsibilities include: Managing and supporting the return-to-work process across a range of employers. Conducting risk assessments , incident investigations , and preparing detailed reports. Developing and implementing risk management plans to minimise claim frequency and severity. Providing claims and injury management assistance , working closely with both clients and insurers. Assessing practices, procedures, and facilities for potential risks and compliance gaps. Supporting the creation and rollout of client documentation, such as policies and procedures. Building and maintaining strong client relationships , ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and sound advice. Strong understanding of Workers Compensation legislation (Vic) and willingness to learn other jurisdictions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, time management, and organisation. Confidence to deliver presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences.
