Are you a detail-driven supply chain professional with a love for premium wine? Vinarchy is seeking a dynamic Supply Planner to join our ANZ team and help keep our iconic wine and sparkling production flowing across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our specialised planning team, you’ll develop and maintain production and co-pack schedules that support customer service excellence, inventory targets, and operational efficiency across multiple formats and regions. What You'll Be Doing Generate and maintain short- and mid-term supply plans for Premium and Sparkling wines, covering internal production (e.g., Rowland Flat) and third-party co-packers across Australia and New Zealand. Develop daily and weekly production schedules that align to demand signals, material availability, and operational capacity. Coordinate internal co-pack timelines and liaise with external manufacturing partners to ensure service continuity. Proactively manage SKU transitions, vintage changes, and seasonal volume builds. Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Demand Planning to ensure readiness and accuracy. Liaise with the Demand Planning team to reconcile forecast changes and translate them into executable supply plans. Monitor Days of Supply (DOS), stock coverage, and planned inventory across Premium and NZ portfolios. Adjust plans to minimise obsolescence, balance aged stock, and optimise finished goods availability. Maintain planning data in ERP and advanced planning tools (e.g., JDE, Anaplan), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with planning cadence. What You'll Bring 2–5 years’ experience in supply or production planning (FMCG, beverage, or wine preferred) Confidence with production scheduling, co-packing, and inventory processes Strong Excel skills and planning discipline Familiarity with ERP/planning systems (JDE, SAP, Anaplan) Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or related field Exposure to premium/sparkling production and cross-Tasman logistics a plus Why Join Us?
