The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with strong React expertise and a solid foundation in UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging interfaces that align with modern design and accessibility standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver seamless, high-performing web applications. Key Responsibilities Design, prototype, and deliver user interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive, and user-centric; Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and JavaScript; Upgrade and support legacy Angular applications during modernization initiatives; Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and BA teams to ensure cohesive delivery; Implement best practices for UI/UX, including responsive layouts and optimised user flows; Participate in team meetings and discussions, and contribute to delivery milestones; Maintain design consistency and alignment with modern UX best practices and standards; and Write maintainable, well-documented code and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes. About you Minimum 5 years of professional experience in front-end development; Strong hands-on expertise with React.js and JavaScript; Familiarity with TypeScript, Angular, and RESTful APIs; Experience with automated testing frameworks and modern front-end build pipelines; Strong understanding of responsive design; Proficiency with Git and version control workflows; Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; Self-motivated and proactive, with strong attention to detail; Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences; Committed to maintaining high standards of code quality and performance; and Eager to learn, share knowledge, and stay updated with evolving front-end technologies.
