This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be the face of the business, driving performance across sales, logistics, and customer service. Key responsibilities: Lead and coach a high-performing team Oversee daily operations including warehouse and delivery logistics Build strong relationships with trade customers and suppliers Manage stock levels and scheduling for efficient delivery Drive branch profitability and growth Skills & Experience You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced trade environment and leads by example.
