About the Role This is a pivotal, multi-faceted role for a professional with strong computer literacy and a highly organised approach. As our Production & Workflow Supervisor , you’ll oversee projects from start to finish — working closely with Account Managers and our production team to ensure excellence at every stage. The role combines mail data management , digital printing , storage and distribution coordination , and hands-on production workflow supervision . You’ll be key in ensuring mailouts, freight and post coordination, and data-driven print processes run seamlessly and on time. While experience in data processing is advantageous, we’re open to training the right person with strong computer skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Mail Data Processing: Manage and process large mailing databases for direct marketing campaigns – including data manipulation, list management, and compliance with data protection regulations. Digital Print Operations: Set up, operate, and maintain digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials – ensuring colour accuracy, alignment, and output quality. Production Workflow Management: Organise, schedule, and monitor the entire production pipeline from data to dispatch. Storage & Distribution: Oversee the movement of goods, including warehouse coordination, mailouts, and 3PL logistics. Quality Control: Conduct checks to ensure all printed and mailed materials meet our rigorous standards. Project Supervision: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to manage projects efficiently and proactively resolve issues. System & Data Management: Learn and work within our custom production systems. Excel Skills: Confident use of Excel including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is essential. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems (data experience highly regarded). Excellent Excel skills , including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables . A strong technical background in digital printing , mail data , or production workflows — or a willingness to learn. Great organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, hands-on, go-getter attitude — comfortable working in a small, dynamic team. A bit of creativity — graphic design skills would be a bonus! Strong communication and teamwork skills.
