The Role You’ll be the go-to expert keeping production lines moving — tackling breakdowns, fault finding through PLC programs, and supporting new technology installations. Every day brings variety, from hands-on maintenance to working with clients to improve performance and uptime. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair faults using PLC programming and automation systems Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on high-speed manufacturing equipment Install, commission, and service electrical systems, conveyors, sensors, and VSDs Identify and implement process improvements to boost reliability and efficiency Complete safety checks, risk assessments, and technical reporting Work closely with production and engineering teams to hit performance targets About You Current A Grade Electrical Licence (essential) Proven background in industrial or manufacturing environments Confident in PLC fault finding and interpreting automation programs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens experience Essential) Hands-on, safety-driven, and solution-focused Experience in FMCG, Packaging, Pharmaceutical or Industrial $121,000 – $132,000 incl. super penalties Fully maintained company vehicle (fuel & servicing covered) Extra call-out and penalty rates Rostered Days Off for better work-life balance A secure role within a respected, growing Australian success story Why You’ll Love It This is a chance to join a business that genuinely values skill, safety, and career development.
