A high-energy environment offering genuine career progression and a stellar work culture About the role: Be involved in financial services regulation matters including but not limited to: advising on disclosure obligations, Australian Financial Service Licensing (AFSL) applications, variations and ongoing compliance obligations, product design and distribution obligations (including target market determinations) and breach reporting requirements to Australian regulators. The ideal candidate: A minimum of 6 years’ PQE in Financial Services Regulation from a well known private practice law firm (in-house candidates will also be considered). Excellent communication skills, a team player, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. High level of experience in client management and strong problem-solving skills.
