We are expanding our technical team and are seeking talented Software Engineers and Software Testers to join our growing projects across Australia. Software Engineer Responsibilities Analyse user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform code reviews, debugging, and software optimization. Participate in the technical design and development of our websites, web apps, backend APIs and other backend services Building new applications as well as improving upon existing ones Working closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to define, refine, test, and deliver new solutions Work collaboratively with testers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software on schedule. Integrate APIs and ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field. Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and version-control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) desirable. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Perform regression, performance, and UAT testing. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to improve product reliability. Document test results and contribute to continuous quality-improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in software testing or QA. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, and TestRail. Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies and defect-management tools.
