About the role Join MHATODS in a pivotal Clinical Nurse (Acute Care Service) role, delivering expert mental health and substance use care across North West Queensland. You'll lead with compassion, support recovery, and provide high-quality, person-centred care within a dynamic multidisciplinary team. You will: Provide expert assessment, crisis intervention, and short-term treatment. Deliver culturally safe, recovery-focused care. Collaborate with teams and partners to support consumer outcomes. Mentor staff and students while promoting best practice and quality care. Lead and contribute to service improvement and clinical excellence. Requirements Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences. C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
