About the Role: Responsibilities include, but not limited to; Lead Improvement and Innovation: Provide strategic leadership to implement innovative initiatives that enhance student learning outcomes and attendance, particularly for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Support Student Success and Wellbeing: Monitor student performance and behaviour, develop targeted intervention and engagement strategies, and support new arrivals through tailored academic, social, and emotional programs. Collaborate and Communicate Effectively: Work closely with parents, staff, leadership teams, external agencies, and community partners to strengthen student achievement, attendance, and school engagement. Drive Data-Informed Practice: Prepare and analyse data to inform decision-making, guide staff in utilising performance insights, and contribute to continuous school improvement. Lead Responsibly and Strategically: Apply policy and legislative understanding to manage human, financial, and curriculum resources effectively, embedding socially just practices and fostering equitable learning opportunities for all students.
