Your key responsibilities Provide high quality strategic advice on the safety and quality of mental health alcohol and other drugs services and ways to address safety and quality concerns Manage projects aimed at improving the safety and quality of mental health alcohol and other drugs services. Use appropriate project management methods to enable the timely delivery of priority projects. Prepare associated briefings, submissions, correspondence, and reports including for the Executive and Minister's office. Role fit Demonstrated experience in the design, management and implementation of multisite or statewide clinical governance, patient safety and quality improvement or continuous clinical quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex information and provide timely and high-quality strategic advice. This should include the ability to synthesise information and make recommendations about the work of the department in both oral and written briefs. Ability to maintain positive working relations with other units in the Department of Health, Hospital and Health Services, other government departments, professional groups, people with a lived experience, consumers, families, carers, and community organisations.
