About you: In your new role you will: Assist the Nurse Unit Manager to implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area. Accountable for NMBA and own standards, actions and the outcomes of own nursing practice, professional advice given and for activities delegated to a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, or unregulated healthcare worker. Works collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager to monitor budged allocation, ensuring compliance with funding requirements of the Palliative Care Program.
