You responsibilities:- Support the delivery of a range of complex and diverse projects for government that drive economic development and infrastructure initiatives.- Provide accurate and timely analysis and advice to the project team.- Monitor project progress and provide feedback and solutions on new and emerging risks and issues.- Assist with the engagement and management of external project advisors from a range of disciplines.- Prepare quality briefs, correspondence, submissions and reports on complex issues.- Provide secretariat services for project committees with interdepartmental and private sector representatives.- Liaise with other government departments to identify opportunities and overcome impediments in project delivery to meet changing stakeholder demands and expectations.- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the private sector to improve project outcomes.- Support a safe workplace environment that supports wellbeing and values diversity and inclusion and enables collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation.- Contribute and nurture the positive and inclusive culture of the Major Projects Development team and the Office of the Coordinator-General more broadly.This role requires the Program Leader leadership capabilities as outlined in the Leadership competencies for Queensland booklet .Applications to remain current for 12 months.Job Ad Reference: QLD/668516/25Closing Date: Friday, 14 November 2025
