About the Role: Responsibilities include, but not limited to; Lead and guide innovative initiatives to improve student learning outcomes, attendance, and engagement, particularly in schools with disadvantaged student populations, ensuring equitable and high-quality education for all. Monitor and support student progress by analysing performance and behaviour data, preparing reports for senior management, and implementing targeted intervention strategies. Build strong partnerships with parents, higher education institutions, community organisations, and government agencies to enhance student achievement, attendance, and wellbeing. Develop and implement community and regional engagement strategies, liaising with external and support agencies to address the academic, social, and emotional needs of all students, including new arrivals and Indigenous learners. Ensure effective management and compliance by overseeing team resources, aligning practices with legislation and policy, and embedding socially just and inclusive principles in all operations.
