Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely customer service support for animal care. Coordinate adoption and surrender processes, ensuring accurate documentation. Lodge cruelty complaints and escalate urgent reports to the Inspectorate. Ensure all animals received are appropriately identified. Perform administrative duties and respond to customer enquiries via phone or email. Requirements: Experience in a customer service environment. Previous experience with animal handling desirable. High level of interpersonal and communication skills. Certificate II in Animal Handling (desired). Commitment to empathy and compassion for animals and people.
