Based in Port Melbourne, Victoria, our client is a leading provider of integrated facilities management services, project delivery services and workplace solutions. They are looking for experienced contracts coordinators to join our group to provide a key administrative role across all operational client contracts and ensures compliance with contractual terms, monitor contract expiry dates, variations, extensions, and renewals. The primary focus in review of contracts and ensure all contractual obligations are met, negotiates variations and provide advice to management. It will involve data analysis and project reporting, overseeing contractors and reporting on work order variations. Your duties would include - Manage, develop, and review company service contracts and organisation agreements - Review, develop and implement contract variations to align with compliance, policies, cost etc. - Handle and maintain all the documentation on behalf of company relating to contractual agreements with suppliers, vendors, contractors and subcontractors etc. - Addressing contract related queries promptly and ensuring timely resolution of those issues - Coordinate with managers, senior management, technical experts and other professionals to achieve set targets and project success - Provide input and suggestions to management on areas that require improvement - Managing contractor performance and monitoring work order variations - Keep all maintenance and variation of project records up to date - Preparing and assessing organisational reports and submissions - Review information relating to ongoing projects and prepare reports - Keep all compliance records up to date including ESM documentation, ensuring these are uploaded to respective work orders in the WMS. You will need: A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 12 months of “hands on” experience working in a similar position Ability to work both independently and in a team Ability to create reports on costing data Excellent analytical skills Very detail orientated Proven commercial acumen Excellent time management You will be paid $75,000 - $80,000 per annum superannuation depending on your skills, experience and qualifications Only successful applicants will be contacted
