Job Description The Opportunity We’re expanding our Perth Operations and strengthening our team at ACCIONA with FIFO Opportunities . As we continue to grow our capabilities across current and future major infrastructure projects, we’re seeking experienced Senior Project Engineers to join our team. You will take ownership of planning, coordination, and delivery of project packages, ensuring technical, commercial, and safety objectives are achieved. This role will lead and mentor project engineers, coordinate subcontractors, and play a key part in ensuring milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate project engineering activities across assigned work packages to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives. Manage technical documentation, design reviews, procurement, and contractor deliverables. Oversee project planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with program goals. Mentor and support project engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across teams. Drive compliance with HSEQS standards and ensure safety is embedded in all site operations. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and drive successful delivery. Required Skills and Competencies About You Degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline) with significant experience delivering complex infrastructure projects. Proven capability in project leadership, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement across large-scale construction environments. Advanced understanding of HSEQS systems, contract administration, and Australian Standards, with strong risk management skills. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers, manage multidisciplinary teams, and influence project outcomes. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational abilities.
