This is a diverse and fast-paced full-time role based in Yatala, QLD, working closely with the fleet management and maintenance teams, as well as the operational civil teams, to provide dedicated administrative support contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of fleet services. Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for visitors and manage incoming inquiries via mail, email, and phone in a professional and efficient manner Raise purchase orders for the Fleet Team based on approved quotes and estimates to support timely procurement and workshop operations Assisting in maintaining current registration, CTP insurance, and road compliance for all road-registered fleet assets (excluding conditionally registered mobile plant) Assist in the administration of new fleet acquisitions and disposals, including updating records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring accurate data management throughout the process Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and spreadsheets for daily, weekly, and monthly requirements, including test results and environmental compliance reporting Order office supplies and manage inventory to support the day-to-day running of the workshop and office environment. Essential Skills and Attributes Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or related discipline (desirable) Current Open Drivers Licence (manual) A high attention to detail The ability to multi-task and manage competing demands Ability to exercise mature judgement, discretion and confidentiality Strong organisational and coordination skills Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills What’s next?
