About the role DroneShield is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team in Sydney, New South Wales. Reporting to the Marketing Team Lead, this role offers a unique opportunity to create print and digital assets within the defence sector. The company has a strong foundation in design and collaborates with a variety of commercial and military companies around the world. Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations Design and develop print and digital collateral, including brochures, expo booths, presentations, social media and web assets, and infographics Responsible for maintaining and updating the DroneShield website, as well as managing the scheduling of social media posts and press releases Must be able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of quality Demonstrate strong attention to detail across all creative outputs Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, be responsive, and communicate effectively to ensure timely delivery of materials Manage and prioritise ad-hoc design requests from executive leadership, with flexibility and responsiveness Qualifications, Experience and Skills 2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a technology, defence or related industry Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related discipline High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or equivalent video editing software) Proven experience creating polished presentations in PowerPoint Strong visual communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and layout skills Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in proofreading marketing material and social media posts High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work Experience using website content management systems and digital marketing tools, such as Hootsuite, HubSpot and Mailchimp Make sure you upload your portfolio in cover letter section when you apply.
