Between now and January, you will receive extensive mentorship and hands-on guidance in implementing The Harmony Way, our unique approach to early childhood education that focuses on connection, curiosity, and collaboration. This transitional period will allow you to work closely within our centre, build strong relationships with our team and families, and gain valuable insight into our daily rhythm and practices. From January 2026, you will take the lead in our under 12 months studio, a beautiful and nurturing environment that requires strong family partnerships, clear delegation, proactive communication with our leadership team, and genuine initiative in all aspects of practice and care. This is the perfect opportunity to step into a role where you can grow with purpose, developing your leadership capacity while being fully supported every step of the way. You will also enjoy a well-deserved three-week Christmas break over December (using accrued leave entitlements) before returning refreshed and ready to begin the 2026 journey.
