The position As a Case Manager in our Special Works – Street to Home program, you’ll work directly with some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Through a combination of assertive outreach and holistic case management, you’ll support clients in areas such as housing, physical and mental health, legal support, and community connection. You’ll also contribute to the operations of our six-unit supported transitional accommodation, helping clients transition from homelessness to safe, stable living. Part-time, fixed term for 12 months Enterprise Agreement Classification Level 5 - $51.00 hourly rate (pro rata)  15% superannuation Salary packaging option up to $15,900 per FBT year, with an additional Meals and Entertainment package available up to $2,650 per FBT year. About you This role requires a committed, flexible professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll manage a complex and varied caseload, both in the field and site-based, and work with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality outcomes. Qualifications in Social work, Community Services Sector, or a related field with proven experience in case management, preferably in homeless services or related fields are essential. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast – paced challenging environment. You will be required to undergo and maintain a clear police record check and successfully hold or obtain a Working with Vulnerable People Card (WWVP). Current drivers’ license and current first aid certificate (or the willingness to obtain within three months of employment) is also mandatory. Please note this is a fixed term part-time (0.6FTE) opportunity for 12 months, 3 days a week, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, but open to negotiation.
