The Role We are seeking casual customer service (Bingo/ Charity Housie) workers to take roles running / supervising our Bingo and Charity Housie sessions in various locations throughout Bexley, Ramsgate and Ashfield. What you’ll be doing: Delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with patrons and club staff. Setting up equipment, managing sales, and reconciling takings. Calculating prize money and recording session details. What we’re looking for: Essential: Current driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle. A friendly, reliable, and well-presented approach. Customer service skills and confidence with people. Access to a laptop and mobile phone. Ability to lift up to 15kg. Desirable: Daytime availability. Willingness to work a flexible roster (including some nights and weekends). Microphone or event experience. Knowledge of Bingo/Housie.
