Construction Manager – Residential Homes / House & Land Packages Location: Rouse Hill & Rhodes (1 day/week) Perks: $150k - $160k Super Bonus Scheme Construction Office Based in NW Sydney Strong pipeline with exclusive developer partnerships About The Company: My client is a residential builder-developer that’s been operating for nearly a decade. With a core focus on delivering house & land packages, they build approximately 80 homes annually across North West and South West Sydney. Backed by long-standing developer relationships and a secure pipeline of work, they’re committed to quality and client satisfaction - evidenced by their 4.5-star iCIRT rating. The team is lean, collaborative, and driven, with supervisors who take real ownership. The Role: Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead a team of three Supervisors and oversee approximately 45 active builds with a healthy pipeline coming through pre-construction. Your week will be split between the Rouse Hill construction office and one day at the Rhodes head office. The focus will be on supporting the team, troubleshooting challenges on site, maintaining quality control, and ensuring workflow stays on track. You’ll use Onsite Companion to monitor progress and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across construction, customer service, and operations. Duties to include but not limited to: Lead and mentor a team of two Site Supervisors and one Warranty Officer to ensure timely, high-quality construction delivery Oversee scheduling and coordination of all residential construction projects across NW & SW Sydney Review build schedules and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks to meet client and business timeframes Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with NCC, WHS, and company standards Manage supplier and trade performance, escalating issues where required and ensuring work is completed to standard Collaborate closely with the Estimating, Drafting, and Pre-Construction teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth site handovers Report on construction progress and performance KPIs to senior management weekly Monitor and manage construction costs, ensuring jobs remain within budget Drive continuous improvement across site processes, build quality and client communication Ensure compliance with iCIRT accreditation requirements and internal QA processes Represent the business professionally when liaising with developers, certifiers and external stakeholders Ensure all new builds meet warranty and defect resolution timelines Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new site staff as required About You: Either an experienced Construction Manager or a seasoned Senior Supervisor/Site Manager ready to step up (ideally looking for circa 10 years in this role if not held a CM role already Experience in managing residential projects from ground works to completion A relevant trade background or formal qualification in a construction related discipline Experience in subcontractor coordination and management Have a customer-focused attitude with exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills Experience with Onsite Companion or similar software Why Join: Stable, growth-focused builder with a solid reputation and secure workload Hands-on, autonomous leadership role in a business that values results Performance bonuses aligned to both personal and company targets How to Apply Interested?
