Your Team Our CFS Claims Insurance team is responsible for the submissions of insurance claims through to our insurer for assessment. In addition to this we are responsible for the end to end management of Unit Trust Deceased Estate settlements and assessment of early release of super under the provisions of Permanent Incapacity and Terminal Illness. Your Responsibilities Working through death claims across Unit Trust products serviced by Colonial First State and processing new claims and issue the relevant claims kit to members and to the insurer Communicating effectively with customers to ensure they are clear on claim requirements and processes. Building effective relationships with customers and third parties Review received documents and follow up on any outstanding requirements via verbal and written channels. Ensuring all decisions made in relation to a claim are in line with SIS Legislation. Assess documentation and requests in line with our business rules, legal requirements and industry standards Your Capability and Experience You are an empathetic individual who can support customers through difficult situations, ensuring they remain priority through the claim process. Display strong stakeholder relationship building skills, able to keep all parties informed during the claims process. Ability to understand and solve complex problems. Able to work autonomously and in a team-based environment Obtain a high level of attention to detail and quality assurance.
