The Opportunity As a Project Manager at InfoConsulting, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects — ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead talented consultants, work directly with clients, and play a key role in maintaining long-term customer success and satisfaction. This is a hands-on, rewarding role suited to a professional who thrives on collaboration, leadership, and driving measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery for ERP, SaaS, and technology implementations. Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation for successful outcomes. Coach and mentor consultants to enhance capability, productivity, and team performance. Partner closely with Account and Sales teams to drive growth with existing and new clients. Manage project governance, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. Prepare project forecasts, reports, and profitability insights for leadership. Support pre-sales, scoping, and Statements of Work (SOW) development. Occasionally travel interstate or overseas for client engagements and workshops. About You To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience managing enterprise-level IT, ERP, or SaaS projects. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage project profitability and risk. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or Commerce (preferred). PMI, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification highly regarded. A proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset.
