The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, ICT Program Delivery to lead the delivery of major digital, data, and ICT initiatives that support climate action, environmental protection, and sustainable water and energy management. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of ICT programs—from strategy and planning through to execution and transition to business-as-usual. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage a significant program budget, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with government priorities and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Leading the delivery of complex ICT programs and projects aligned with the department’s strategic goals. Driving best-practice program governance, performance frameworks, and risk management. Building strong relationships across DCCEEW and with external partners to ensure successful outcomes. Providing expert advice on ICT strategy, compliance, and service delivery improvements. About You The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ICT program management within large, complex organisations, demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels. They will bring expertise in project governance, risk management, and performance reporting, supported by tertiary qualifications or professional certifications in project or quality management.
