Position/Job Description: Responsible for meeting sales budgets and increasing market share in Contractor Direct products across all market segments in your assigned territory, by delivering a customer experience founded on providing excellent industry and product knowledge, commitment to integrity and delivery of the customer brand promise. Essential Duties: For the Category portfolios of CCE, CDT, CDE, CLD, CPC & CBL: Achieve planned sustainable profitable growth of the Contractor Direct products across all market segments across your territory. Finished Goods Dust and Slurry Management range Consumables – CDT and accessories Service offering – Parts, labour and service solutions Provide excellence account leadership via in field support, training, negotiations and contractual relationship support Support of Social Selling Strategies and programs Analyse your territory: sales development of customers, channels, subsegments and products within the portfolio developing action plans to meet key performance indicators Preferred qualifications: Excellent sales/account managing skills, minimum of a 2 years direct selling in an industrial environment. Good understanding of the sales cycle Background in and ability to understand technical products Skills and Capabilities: Self-Starter with strong drive and sense of urgency Excellent interpersonal, analytical, presentation and written communication skills Your ability to see beyond the initial sale and develop strong relationships aimed at facilitating growth of both our customers and the business will be crucial to the success of this position.
