We have an opening for a Divisional Manager – Spray Seal to oversee our Eastern Region Infrastructure Service operations. Based in McGraths Hill (Sydney) or Rutherford (Newcastle) and reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, you will form part of the leadership team, working collaboratively with the Operations Manager on long-term business planning , playing a crucial role in driving our business strategy as well as having full responsibility for the operations of your portfolios across the region. The position will see you provide key leadership and management of teams in order to perform to required company standards, maximising outcomes, identifying and analysing opportunities for growth, and achieving positive client outcomes. In this role you’ll also be responsible for: Maintaining and enhancing our culture based on our REAL values driving growth, compliance and safety across multiple business units. Growing our markets to ensure a mix and spread of valued customers by promoting our products and services to continually add value to our offerings. Leading operational delivery to ensure exceptional customer service. Ensuring company procedures are implemented to consistently produce quality outcomes meeting client expectations. Optimise operational outcomes by ensuring Department Managers manage contractual risks and opportunities under the conditions of contract. Strong leadership clearly defining roles and responsibilities within the team and ensuring performance expectations are consistently met. How you’ll connect to the role: This is a challenging and rewarding role where you’ll rely on your deep knowledge of road surfacing activities and previous leadership experience to deliver on commercial, technical and financial requirements.
