About the Role Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role is the backbone of how we deliver non-award programs. You’ll: Build and maintain end-to-end service workflows that drive efficient delivery. Coordinate delivery processes across Product, Tech, Marketing, Ops and Learning Design. Lead pilot projects to validate and improve our service model. Act as the key liaison point for academic and business stakeholders. Partner with Technology teams to ensure systems and processes are delivery-ready. It’s a role for a systems thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and loves turning strategy into practical, repeatable processes About You You’ll bring: A strong background in service design, delivery enablement or product operations. Experience designing and improving cross-functional workflows. Exceptional attention to detail, documentation and stakeholder-management skills. The ability to translate academic or client needs into clear operational requirements. A proactive, curious mindset and comfort navigating evolving priorities Experience in education delivery or technology workflows will be highly regarded.
