Description and Requirements We are seeking a results-driven Global Account Manager to lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives in Australia , with a focus on the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and Natural Resources sectors. This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Sales Organization , and will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning Lenovo as a trusted technology partner. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute account strategies to acquire and grow key clients in the FSI and Natural Resources sectors. Build deep relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers. Identify customer needs and align Lenovo’s solutions to deliver business value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and technical pre-sales to deliver tailored solutions. Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts. Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics. Identify, qualify, and secure new inbound accounts within the GAB segment across the GTAP region. Execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand opportunities across IDG, ISG, and SSG Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. 7 years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record in customer acquisition. Deep understanding of the FSI and/or Natural Resources industries in Australia. Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and complex sales cycles. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.
