Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities： 1、Lead the measurement of performance analysis, provide independent insights to influence PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle decisions, and play a key role particularly in future planning. 2、Take the lead in conducting research and development of new methods and digital systems required to support business analysis. 3、Collaborate with key stakeholders from PC segments and Business Units (BUs), including product teams, finance teams, and operation teams; organize and participate in regular interlock meetings, and complete tasks such as report compilation, dashboard building, and newsletter creation. Job Requirements： 1、Possess professional competence in data analysis and business proposal development, and be proficient in carrying out related work. 2、Master Microsoft Office software (especially PPT) and various digital tools, and have strong English speaking skills. 3、Candidates with work experience in global companies or consulting firms are preferred.
