Exciting Opportunity to Join Carbon the Label – Based in Bondi, Sydney The company is looking for a creative, self-starting, and motivated intern to join our fashion agency. This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the fashion industry, including design, sales, marketing, and e-commerce. We’re seeking an all-rounder who will work across various areas of the company, gaining essential industry experience. You should be happy to work in a fast-paced environment and will finish the internship having developed broad skills in fashion sales, design, and marketing. This role is ideal for someone studying fashion design, photography, marketing, or sales. You will gain hands-on experience and benefit from the extensive expertise of our director. Responsibilities • Update all social media channels weekly, including Instagram (posts, stories, reels), Facebook, and website content, to actively promote the brand. • Research and identify new content opportunities to drive organic traffic. • Assist with influencer outreach. • Create weekly Mailchimp campaigns for all brands. • Update e-commerce channels, including content creation. • Edit product imagery. • Assist with stock allocations, invoicing, and dispatch. • Support design selection, storyboards, lookbooks, and photoshoots for in-house brands. • Assist with design research, sourcing, fittings, and spec sheets for in-house brands (Carbon and Society the Label). • General office duties. Requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Instagram Stories/Reels, Facebook); photography skills are a bonus. • Familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Canva, and InDesign. • Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms; graphic design skills are a bonus. • Ideal for students studying fashion design or marketing. • Strong verbal communication and fashion sales experience are an advantage. • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
