About the Centre Our Sunkids Sunnybank Hills centres cater for 91 children aged 6 weeks to school aged. Each centre features modern, fully serviced learning rooms, thoughtfully designed to inspire growth, creativity, and belonging across every age group. About the Role We’re looking for a warm, organised and detail-oriented Centre Administrator to support our families and Centre Manager at our Sunnybank Hills location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. In this role, you will: Work across both centres (with a travel allowance provided) Provide exceptional customer service and build welcoming relationships with families Support families with enrolments, enquiries, and Child Care Subsidy information Assist Centre Managers with administrative tasks and parent communications Conduct tours for prospective families and ensure all records are accurate and up to date Manage your time effectively while balancing competing priorities What You’ll Bring Current Paid Blue Card Experience with QikKids (essential) and familiarity with Child Care Subsidy processes Previous experience in a childcare or education setting (highly regarded) Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills A friendly, professional manner and genuine passion for supporting families Why Join Sunkids At Sunkids, we know that our people are at the heart of what we do.
