The Role As the Receptionist/Administrator , you’ll play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day — from managing admin processes and supplier coordination, to supporting the team and creating an environment people enjoy being in. Overseeing day-to-day office operations Greeting clients, guests, and creating a welcoming first impression Supporting the wider team with admin tasks Assisting with event planning and team initiatives Helping maintain a positive and productive office culture The Criteria You’re someone who’s organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoys supporting others and creating a great place to work.
