Your new role: You will provide advanced clinical leadership and expert advice to deliver best-practice occupational therapy services within the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS) Palliative Care Equipment Program (PCEP). Lead and manage the specialised MASS PCEP clinical service to deliver evidence-based assistive technology solutions across Queensland. Provide high-level clinical advice and strategic direction to prescribers, clinicians and stakeholders to ensure consistent, quality outcomes. Contribute to service planning, policy development, research, and continuous improvement initiatives for palliative care equipment services. Act as a state-wide consultant, educator and resource for clinicians in prescribing equipment for people with life-limiting conditions. About you: You are an experienced and compassionate occupational therapist with advanced clinical, leadership and service improvement skills. Hold registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA and demonstrate expertise in assistive technology and palliative care contexts. Excel in providing clinical guidance, mentoring, and education across multidisciplinary teams and statewide networks. Skilled in managing complex service delivery, research, and quality improvement projects to drive innovation and best practice.
