Competitive salary and benefits Salary between $54.44 - $58.30 per hour (Midwife Grade 6, Band 1). 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading. About your opportunity As a Clinical Nurse/Midwife (Lactation Consultant), you will provide expert lactation support and education to women and families across hospital and community settings. You will contribute to BFHI accreditation, lead breastfeeding education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. Requirements Bachelor of Midwifery or equivalent qualification. Current registration as a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Evidence of vaccination or immunity to specified Vaccine Preventable Diseases. Possession of a Class C motor vehicle licence. Ability to work all shifts including weekends. * A probationary period may apply.
