This role involves supporting and advising other Occupational Therapists across oncology, palliative, and cancer care through supervision, consultation, and quality improvement initiatives. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team in a supportive department that values autonomy, innovation, and ongoing professional development. Based in a tertiary teaching hospital with links to James Cook University, the role offers access to academic resources and potential research collaborations to further your growth. This is a job-share position working Thursdays and Fridays, with rostered weekend shifts as part of the Department's Weekend Service.
