Consultant Psychiatrist in CAMHS - Gosford, AUS Medacs Healthcare is recruiting a Consultant Psychiatrist for the Central Coast Local Health District in Gosford, Australia. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership to the CAMHS team, ensuring smooth, efficient operation of the service. Give clinical governance, including expert psychiatric care and advice to young people and their families. Lead multidisciplinary meetings (MDT care reviews) and other clinical leadership activities. Conduct psychiatric assessment, treatment and management of young people and families. Essential Selection Criteria UK‑trained MRCPsych with Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) from an approved RCPsych curriculum. Australian candidates eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent. Demonstrated clinical skills and experience working with mental health problems in child and adolescent psychiatry. Experience and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
