Whether they have complex needs or simply need a helping hand, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real impact. Every day is different! We’re looking for people with availability to work across a fortnightly roster including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and at least two overnight shifts per fortnight. Key Responsibilities Support individuals with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks Assist with meal planning, cooking, and light cleaning Facilitate community connection through social outings and appointments Help individuals build life skills such as budgeting and social interaction Maintain strong relationships with families, friends, and support networks What You’ll Bring Experience in one-on-one and group support settings Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including sleepovers (penalty rates apply) A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous Ability to support individuals with behaviours of concern using positive behaviour strategies You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
