As a behaviour support practitioner, you will complete evidence-based behavioural assessments, interventions, and develop behaviour support plans to support children and adults to achieve their goals . You’ll focus on building the skills and capacity of individuals, families, and support networks to promote inclusion and quality of life. Minimum 1 year experience working within the NDIS sector , and current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (proficient) under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Experience working with NDIS participants, understanding positive behaviour support, trauma informed care, and person-centred practice . Demonstrated experience prioritising workloads and managing clients with complex needs Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development, evidenced based practice, and measuring clinical outcomes Ability to work as a collaboratively member of a multi-disciplinary team Knowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilities.
