About the role Duties/Responsibilities: For Retail Manager Manage daily operations of the store Motivate, lead and supervise the daily work of all team members Ensure the efficiency of all team member’s work, develop staff rosters and providing additional training when necessary Meet budget demands, exceed KPI's to maximize sales and ensure the profitability of the business. Collaborate promotion activities, display promoted products or advertising materials skill fully to attract consumers to the largest extent. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty Stock control, checking inventory and purchase orders Ensure the compliance with occupational health and safety regulation Duties/Responsibilities: For Retail Buyer Perform consumer research to determine product demand Review existing stores' product offerings and Make suggestions for new product offerings based on consumer research Monitor sales data and stock levels, and studies trade, manufacturers' and market information to keep informed of changing market conditions Negotiate purchase, promotion and supply arrangements with suppliers Design and implements pricing, marketing, promotional and display strategies Liaise with management on long-term planning and sales promotions Establish working plans according to seasonal and budgetary requirements Anticipate consumer trends and determine quantity, style and quality of goods to be purchased. Benefits and perks An attractive remuneration package ($75,000 to $95,000) is offered for the right candidate depends on experiences.
