We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Telecommunication Technician to join our team, based in New South Wales. This position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skill level. RESPONSIBILITIES: Install telecommunications equipment and devices in residential properties, commercial premises, telephone exchanges, and various network sites. Diagnose, identify, and locate faults in telecommunications systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Repair, replace, or adjust components as needed to restore functionality and service quality. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on telecommunications equipment and appliances to minimize downtime. Configure, program, and calibrate telecommunications systems according to technical specifications and operational requirements. Test and verify system performance following installation or maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards. Provide technical assistance and support to customers and end-users, resolving issues and offering guidance on equipment operation. Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. ATTRIBUTES: Minimum of 1 year qualification is required as a Telecommunication Technician, Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required, committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at work.
