As a result of our Transformation Plans and commitment to continual innovation in manufacturing, we are on the lookout for a Process Engineer to join our busy Ingleburn site and help optimise and improve our manufacturing processes. We are unashamedly moving towards a manufacturing site that harnesses the value in automation, and we are constantly looking at advances in equipment and technology that work towards this goal. In this newly created role , you’ll review, reimagine, implement and monitor production systems to boost efficiency, quality and safety — all while working with a supportive team that values collaboration and good humour. Reporting to an easy-going Site Manager who’s passionate about career development, you’ll partner with Maintenance, Operations, NPD, Sales and Demand Planning to drive continuous improvement and deliver real results. Our Ingleburn site is our biggest Manufacturing site in NSW - it is busy, it is noisy and it is known as a 'wet' manufacturing site. We operate 24/5 but our Maintenance and Engineering teams are also on site on weekends. You must be comfortable working in and around raw ingredients including raw animal meat. What you’ll do Analyse, design and enhance production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs (Our Ingleburn site runs a number of production lines where we manufacture Cans, Trays, Jerky and Pouches for our Natures Gift, Fussy Cat and Ivory Coat products.) Lead and participate in Lean, Six Sigma or CI initiatives. You will be part of a broader Operations and Maintenance team and working collaboratively is essential Monitor manufacturing process performance and deliver quality and productivity improvements.
